That accuracy and arm talent remained a concern at the 2023 NFL Scouting Combine in March, scouts told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.

"The biggest turnoff to me was being on the field (at the NFL Scouting Combine) watching [him] throw," an AFC quarterbacks coach said. "Just seeing it come off his hand in that setting—that was going to be really hard to overcome in my evaluation."

The Horned Frogs quarterback completed 267 of 419 passes for 3,698 yards in 2022. Although scouting reports noted his problem with underthrowing, Duggan was able to connect with receivers in several notable high-pressure situations, including during come-from-behind double-overtime wins and while forcing overtime in the Big 12 Championship Game.

He really needed another season in college to develop. Wouldn't surprise me to see him go undrafted and out of the league completely in a few years

I’d rather have Tune. Duggan is a guy you have to hope gets far more accurate, and that’s a big gamble.

Jsren Hall.

I can't figure out why everyone is talking about Duggan.

Hall is a much better prospect.

That's a hilarious scout's take lol.

Duggan was always a late-round or UDFA flyer with a chance to develop into a backup. This doesn't change that.

Yea, he always was considered a project/way better CFB QB than potential pro-QB.
Might be worth a late round flier but his issues are known/going to be the reason he's a day 3/UDFA

I heard Dykes say on the Ticket that he’s just not a good practice player. He said coming into the season he wasn’t even the starter but once the other dude went down he came in he took off.

Just FYI
