Dak is at #32, his throws are INT's that are dropped and his decision-making is beyond bad.
Hurts is OP, S Tiered. Just look at those legs.

How is this team winning way above some goobers expectations?
Those guys that said 8-9 wins?

I have no clue.
They should have been right!

Right?

I’ll be honest. Hurts has improved dramatically this year, even since the Cowboys last played them. Earlier in the year, it seemed Hurts relied primarily on RPOs, screens, and staying on schedule in terms of down and distance. He struggled against blitzes and converting long third downs. But, over the past couple months, he’s been operating effectively inside the pocket. Kudos.

People should go back and look at the season prediction thread. It is interesting to see how bad many of our members thought the team would be this season.

Why? Because the offseason was the worst in NFL history, clearly dooming the team to the NFL cellar.

The beat down of the Colts is a confidence builder, but we gotta watch getting big headed. To me the Eagles game will be the big measuring stick game to show if we can even compete in the playoffs or not. People around here make too many excuses, and I hate all the excuse making. I you really a great team, you should be able to beat anybody. This team has a long history of having talent but being inconsistent. If we start doing bad against the Eagles, I would want to see Dak get angry and display some on the field leadership by talking to his team and getting everyone on the same page. We don't see that around here these days. Nobody gets angry but the fans.

has there ever been a group of posters that has been more wrong than the Dak haters? Can you think of one? The Garrett supporters? The Quincy Carter lovers?

He has the #1 Oline in football, all day to throw and a great run game to lean on. He has about as much to do as Troy Aikman had to do. Albeit he does takeoff and pick up huge chunks with his legs so he gets all the credit there.

Is that some of the same criticism people used to give Dak, when our Oline was the best?

The stats say Hurts is playing better than Dak. So why argue with the stats? The fact of the matter is... If you give a middle of the pack QB a good pass protecting offensive line, he can play some pretty good football. So who has the best offensive line between those two QB's?

My thing with people who think/thought Dak is a below average QB is that every executive poll, media/scout ranking, and player poll has him in the top 8-12. You may find an outlier that has him in the 6 spot or the 14 but 99% of rankings, whether statistical or polled, have him in that 8-12 range.

How can like 10% of fans be more knowledgeable and feel like they are more accurate than scouts, coaches, GM’s, players, and professionals? How can so many credible people say he’s a top 12 guy but you a fan at home swear everyone is wrong and Dak is below average?

With everyone who’s not the elite 4-5, they are all basically interchangeable and can have elite flashes when surrounded by talent while also having occasional poor performances when the situation isn’t ideal. It’s not that hard to understand. When you have a top 8-12 guy, you’re doing just fine. The supply of elite QB’s is way too small to be fishing for one annually. That’s why the QB market is the way it is.

Yet many people here don’t get it. Not sure why.

In the end, the front office has put together a really nice and balanced roster.
It's why I have to tune out at times. The, "it's been 25 years, we'll never be able to do it with this FO" stuff gets old.
10 years ago--when they had the worst defense and one of the worst offensive lines-- is not today.
