Rick Seritella, of NFLDraftBible.com, reports Texas-El Paso PK Jose Martinez, University of Illinois CB Vontae Davis and University of Florida WR Percy Harvin failed drug tests for marijuana at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Players like this I would take right off the draft board. If you have no self control when you know all eyes are going to be upon you it says SO much about your character.

This is so much different than a guy admiting he smoked in the past. This puts your character at a 0.
