Is it too late to make my prediction? I think I will go with the 75% and pick Clemson to win big. :laugh2:

:laugh2: I tell you something else funny. If you were a betting man or follow those lines, the over for the game was 60-63 depending on different areas. WVU covered the over by themselves. :laugh2:

It was just a fluke. Stuff happens. :laugh2:

Look forward to WVU coming into the Big 12 hopefully it will be this coming year. Should make for a fun college season around here.

I say that respectfully

Next season I say our Offense will be rolling.

However the Defense scares me as we are losing our DC, and some of his coaches, to Arizona.

I don't know who we will get as our new DC and his staff. I don't know what type of system we will install...stay with the 3-3-5, move to the 4-3 or 3-4.

Add to that we will lose Tandy (better player in the secondary), Goode (good LB) and both of our top pass rushers in Irvin and Miller. Not to mention a couple of starting Olinemen in OT Barclay and center Madsen.

So when will we know if WVU will be playig big 12 games? I may have missed it but sounds like there is still some doubts

AD Oliver Luck and Big12 temp Commish Neinas (sp?) have said in 2012. Big East is still fighting it.

I really don't know.

I am hoping 2012.

Looking at the Longhorns schedule for next season there are only 4 games listed Wyoming Cowboys, New Mexico Lobos, Ole Miss Rebels and of course the red river shootout with OU. Everything else shows TBA

From what I have heard, and I have no idea how real it is but it seems to make sense.

IF we do get to play in the big12 I have heard that TCU and WVU will take over the games that were scheduled for ATM and Mizzou. Don't know which team would take over for which.

I have also heard that WVU will have a mix of Big12 and Big east games no matter the outcome.

I heard a little while back that Chip (think that is the name) from orangebloods said that WVU will play Texas at their place but don't know if that is true, if it is part of our Big12 schedule or if it is considered an Out of Conference game and we stay in the big east.

I just know WVU has filed a suit against the Big East (as a pre-emptive strike) and the big east has filed a suit against WVU. I have heard that a reasonable time line that it would get ruled on would be in June (which would be pretty late for schedules) but I imagine if WVU and the Big East could come to a monetary exit fee agreement before that they would let us leave.

Only 63 points? Why that still wouldn't have won the Alamo Bowl.:laugh2:

Hope WVU wins their battle and makes it this year. Only rumor involving Texas that I have heard is a matchup with TCU on Thanksgiving.

It really sucked not having the Big 12 Championship game this year would like to see enough teams in the Big 12 to have that game back.

Baylor is scheduled to travel to West Virginia last I heard.

im pretty sure they are going to switch A&M with TCU and Mizzou with WVU in the schedule. i only say that because of TCU playing the thanksgiving day game vs Texas like A&M used to.

My son and wife had this game on in the 1st quarter and they were going to make a bet who would win. My son said, I think I will take Clemson. My wife knows nothing about college football and my son knew Clemson was heavily favored. Before they could shake on it; I told him, you had better reconsider that bet! He ask me why and I said because West Virginia was going to spank Clemson. He eyed me funny and then bet on WV.

He won $5 from my wife. :laugh2:
