I average 4-5 hours of sleep per night. I like the late nights when it's quiet.

Definitely your friend.

Better for you than sleeping pills and Nyquil. I pop half a pill when having trouble and within the hour I'm ready for bed.

I used to need more than I get now. I usually go to bed between 12:30 and 1. Thursdays are early mornings as CCFjr has hockey practice at 7 so I have to get up at 6. Other days are usually alarm at 7 and snooze until 7:30.

Every month or so I have a night where I have bad back pain and don't sleep much.

I work graveyard, so I don't even get off work until 6:30 am. And there is no sleep for a few hours after. Even before that though, I seldom went to bed before 6am

I don't sleep on nights when I have a Japanese test the next morning. In other words, nights like tonight.

Insomnia since age 16.

I take about 3 of those melatonins plus usually something else to sleep at night.

Exercise during the day is helpful.

A dark and quiet room is essential.

Regular wake-up time helps out a great deal.

A tiny amount of alcohol helps me but drinking alot worsens my sleep quality.

1 espresso early in the morning and then no more throughout the day.

I can't sleep tonight... watching the movie "2012"...

It may be the worst "blockbuster" movie I have ever seen...

It's just AWFUL...

Danny Glover has been washed up for years, but I can't believe John Cusack is taking these crap roles...

Even with this I can't sleep... perhaps I can cry myself to sleep after watching this mess of a movie...

I literally sleep about 3 or 4 hrs every night. It's not easy waking up, but it's even harder for me to go to sleep.

Lately it's been harder for me. I work night shift and that wasn't really a problem until recently. However, for some reason, I've been waking up after 3 or 4 hours every day. So, right now, I'm extremely tired and still have stuff I need to do.

Then, once I actually do lay down in a few hours, I will crash hard and then be wide awake within 3 hours. :(

I started getting really sick on Tuesday. I went home and slept from the time I got home, till 5:30am the next morning. Went home early the next day and have only been awake maybe 10 hours total since Wednesday around 4:30pm.

I would be home sleeping now, but alas, my job won't allow it today. I haven't been this sick in some time.

I've got to agree with trickblue. 2012 was beyond lame. I was extremely disappointed. Especially considering what it was supposed to be.
