No backup QBs?

FWIW-it's also a head-scratcher how Brunell, despite not being the answer or future in DC either, is somehow getting the job done there. Isn't he like 35?

Sure-we can bicker all we want how many bad moves Parcells made. However-lots of teams in recent years have had big success with more glaring weaknesses than we have now-so why couldn't we do it?
As far as I'm concerned, Brunell hasn't won a SB yet (if ever) and Brunell hasn't been bounced around like a rag doll.

Brunell also has the capability to get out of harms way incase protection breaks down. As far as I'm concerned, they are both has beens, and it will play itself out in the playoffs.

To my recollection, Parcells has never been one to rest his starters. I don't see why tonight would have been any different.

Yeah-another "you always wonder how Brunell would have done here"-honestly, I doubt if even HE would have escaped Tucker's and Rob's protection.

If I were Bledsoe, I would drill the ball right into Petitti's butt everytime he let a defender thru with no resistance. (and say I thought a receiver was there, sorry)

1 game and zero is basically the same makes no difference.

Go tell the professional athletes having the best chance to win is lame. they lay their livleyhood on the line everytime they suit up and you call it lame that they wanna win instead of give some kid 1 game experience while they get their ***** kicked?

maybe if they would have had a little game film to break down on themselves they might find and tweak something in their game...

Because you play to win the game. Please dont respond with "we need to know what we have ect ect" one game wouldnt show anyone a damn thing

Okay herm edwards.

At some point, Romo/Henson need to get some work unless the desion has been made that neither of them are starters, or WILL be in the future.

Yep, our OL gave it their all.

The entire offense came out flat and uninspired, it was pathetic.

But hey, rationalizations make the world go round.
Try using some common sense.

We didn't know until 30 mins before tip off that we weren't playing for a playoff spot. We practiced all week like Bledsoe was gonna take every snap and he did. That means Romo got a few snaps and Henson got scout team duty. You don't prepare to lose or play to lose.

Had we known 1 week ago perhaps they do things differently but I doubt it.
Bledsoe is here to start again next season so they had no need to try and see any kids just to see them.

We'll get our chance in NFLE to see Henson and pre-season will be here before we know it.

As long as Parcells is here things will be done this way.

You don't want to throw the backups QB's in on a meaningless game. What if they stunk up the joint and threw 4 INT's ? huh !

That is the part of BP I will disaagree with. Its a wonder he fielded 11 guys on offense and defense when he 1st became a head coach and didn't have "his guys" yet.

To me, BP has his plus's and minus's...His not playing players for experience in meaningless games, to me, is a minus.
