At about 1:17 into the video, sure looks like a Cowboys cap to me. Maybe it's a NOPD cap.

Interestingly, he's been wearing a different cap (Coast Guard, NOPD, etc.) every time I have seen him speak. I have been wondering if he has been doing it as a show of support. That's why the star cap stood out to me.

I live nearby and own property in the NO CBD, so I have been following the reports closely.
