No prospect of 3-4 base DEF?

Keep hoping the light comes on and they move Parsons to OLB in a 3-4. Based on the Day 2 picks is it fair to say it's not happening.? Kneeland sounds like a bull rusher and the LB looks undersized (again). Any thoughts. Could a new head coach in 2025 work with this if Mike goes?

Who knows really. Tbh 3-4/4-3 designations are kind of moot today anyways. 70% of downs are Nickle with 4 down lineman for teams using either base front

Because they are stuck in the 90's.

Maybe because Wade ran 3 alot of 3 man fronts in his Nickel, but thats rare nowadays

Because teams still draft based on 3-4/ 4-3 this, it's a myth to suggest otherwise. Just look at all the scouting reports mentioning 4-3 teams 3-4 teams and how each player projects in that scheme. Ravens, Steelers etc would not have been interested in our 2nd round pick enough to select him there.
