When it comes to the OL— The FO has employed a “throw the mashed potatoes against the wall and hope something sticks” approach. Well— it’s times like this that confirm that hope is simply not a strategy.
They KNEW Tyron was going to miss games— bc he has since 2016. This latest injury is not a surprise— or at least it shouldn’t be if you’ve been paying attention.
So what have they done? Cut Collins and Williams. Added Tyler Smith and Waletzko, and counted on Ball developing in year 2. And they of course were counting on Tyron staying healthy… despite his recent injury history SCREAMING that his body is breaking down. SMH…
Depth at OT was already a burning issue— now it’s a bonafide 3 alarm fire. Rant over. Thanks for listening lol
