Ohio Tolls

What is this ticket that keeps being referenced?
When you get on a toll road you get a ticket from a booth you drive up too like a fast food drive thru. The ones in Kansas are automated and it spits one out when you pull up. It lets you know much it cost depending on where you exit. When you make your exit, you pull up to another booth and pay.

big dog cowboy explained it well. In New Jersey tickets get spit out of a machine too. When I first started, we used to have people handing them out. Talk about an easy day.

Here's a common mistake a lot of out of state travelers make. A lot of people use their GPS. The New Jersey Turnpike has high speed EZ-Pass lanes. That means no booths. They are to your left, booths to the right. Your GPS will always send you through the high speed EZ-Pass whether you have EZ-Pass or not.

Here in CA we don’t have tolls unless you are going over the bridge to the San Fran. You just drive thru and they send you the bill in the mail. Only problem is they might send you a ticket and you were never on that bridge at that time or date. You then can contest it.
