Oklahoma's two-time All-Big 12 offensive lineman Duke Robinson knew the sound of a hostile crowd long before he ever trotted into the Cotton Bowl to play Texas. A native of Atlanta, Robinson worked as a teenager at Braves' baseball games selling bottled water.

"But a lot of the fans didn't want water," Robinson said, "they wanted beer. I'd tell them. `I'm too young to sell you beer.'"

Robinson grew up to be 6-5, 329 pounds and a three-year starter at guard for the Sooners. He's also the great nephew of Motown singer/songwriter Smokey Robinson. Duke projects as a premium draft pick (first three rounds).
