Ol/dl and qbs make it impossible to judge players

When the ol and qbs are bad it’s hard judge skill position players. I think our rb/wr are all pretty good. Grier should be cut. Why is he playing so much? What’s the point? Duece needs just small whole and we see what he can do - get him out in space.

Worrisome that dl line players like gallimore etc are playing 3rd string in preseason. Our dt are still very bad no push or pressure.

Finally someone that understand football.

Oline is the key to any offense.

Yap and it looks like we have not solved DT problem. Although we can only hope that Hankins can help like he did last year.

I would like to see him with the first team to make that decision

Gallimore and Bohanna both got a little push and held their ground and stuffed the 4th and short. I'm not saying it means too much but it was nice t see on that play

I don't expect a lot from a rookie DT. He has a long way to go with a huge upside. He'll get better and better as the season goes on.

Mazi saying he doenst even like football, he just like to hit people might be a big clue. Maybe its why he hasnt worked on his craft or made the effort. Well he is going to start hating football really fast getting pushed around by backups very soon if he doenst work on his game.

I didn't read anywhere that he hasn't worked on his craft or made an effort

Well he is raw and has bad technique. Does that sound like someone that has worked hard on their craft?

Sounds to me like he has gotten away with just being big and strong in college. That isnt working in the pros.

He got worse as preseason went on. So I hope you’re right. Maybe he’ll look better with the first team

Werent you the one getting all touchy the other day when I merely mentioned he was slow off the ball?
No. You were the one that got bent out of shape. I never made one statement how I felt about him until just now. All I said, was they didn’t draft him for speed. That’s the Cowboys opinion not mine.

He is also a rookie and his first regular season hasn't even started yet. You don't draft a player for week 1 of season 1. You draft him for 5 plus years.

Based on what we have seen, he has a long way to go. He is getting mauled by 2nd and third stringers.

Oh get the hell outta here!!!

You were crying about my critique of him. Which now we can all see was spot on!!

Only took two days for my prognosis to be common opinion on this forum. LOL

Yes he does and likely will. But, my comment wasn't about his play. It was about you stating that "its why he hasnt worked on his craft or made the effort."
