So with Tyron coming back, will Tyler be bumped to LG and Peters at RT depending on the Steele injury? Anyone else worried with the new line in the coming games and for how long they take to get acclimated?

It' still my opinion that Tyron should play RG. Put Pes at LT and let Tyler and McGovern rotate at LG.

I would love to see Tyron Smith next to Zack Martin. Imagine Pollard running behind that for the playoffs.

I say we put Ball back in and let him sink or swim. If he gives up six sacks, then he just gives up six sacks.

I'm pretty bummed about all the injuries today and especially Steele. this really sucks. I hate to focus on the Eagles but I hope they get hit with some injuries. They have an easy way of San Francisco and Dallas is struggling with injuries. O well, I'll stop pouting and say I'm bummed but not worried. This is what we signed Peter's for and he's playing next to Martin. With a week of practice at RT he'll be good. He's not a future HOFer for nothing. I think they'll be acclimated at clicking come playoff time. A line of Tyron, Smith, BDZ, Martin and Peters is nothing to worry about. We'll be fine.

Getting ready to go to sleep following an overnight shift. I better not wake up and find out that Steele is out for the rest of the year because of whatever they found on the MRI. I'm going to convince myself that if they really thought he'd be done for the year, something would have leaked out already.

Reminder: when I wake up and check this site out later, I don't want to see any "BREAKING" out for the year thread titles!

Thank you.:)

Oh he sank and won’t return.

Dude was garbage in preseason and was accountable for Daks fumble and pick that nearly cost us the game

That’s stupid with zero chemistry.

Not me. I'm more worried about Tyron staying healthy. If he goes down again, it could be YIKES time.
Hey CZers, I especially liked the part in this reply where he was referring to Tyron Smith and said, "if he goes down again". Like that eventuality is in doubt. How fun! :p

Is everyone picking up on my sarcasm?

I don't like the rotation idea. more than any other position group, the OL is one that has to work in tandem. one failure leads to bad results, even if the other 4 play good. example, Josh Ball. I think moving Tyron to LT, Tyler to LG and let them remain there....Peters to get acclimated to the RT position for remainder of the games and into playoffs.

I’m no OL expert, but I wonder if Tyler can shift to RT. Peters is great, but I don’t think he can withstand an entire four quarters at RT. McGovern is playing well and I feel safer with this than Ball at RT
