Was researching this guy a few weeks ago and by chance read a local article that said Cowboy scouts were out to watch him.

Impressive ball skills, plus size for the position.

New Mexico State WR Jaleel Scott was impressive again on Saturday at Arkansas: 9 rec, 174 yds, 1 TD.

He's a top-10 SR WR prospect, IMO.

He's a top-10 SR WR prospect, IMO.

Playing in the Sun Belt Conference, he's not going to face many uber talented opponents. That's where scouting takes over to see if a player has the traits that translate.
