Saw some news clips on reaction to Parcells' newest retirement.
First off was Greg Ellis who was saddened but still said something like "when the game passes you by."
Then Dungy, ever the gentleman also expressed some sadness, but then said "Its' a young man's game."Ouch.Ouch.

Not that much love, at first glance, toward Parcells.
Someone mentioned a front office job in Dallas. No way. He'd be even more under Jerra's thumb then.

I don't think either Parcells or the front office have much affection for each other these days, boys.

Times have changed, there's no denying that. Athletes are not like they once were - they're as big of prima donnas as they've ever been. For a no-nonsense coach like Parcells, that had to be a change in the game that he didn't like and possibly couldn't adjust to.
