Our Oline Rocks

That's one area that I really think will improve as the OL gets more reps under their belts. I'll give them a few more games to start to gel.

I do agree with you.

I think it's coming.

Remember at the end of the first half.....wow...we were really giving them body shots.

But we just don't push people around yet.

That really is the key when it comes to o lines. The more they play together the more they play as one entity. I think it helps the backs to, as far as reading the holes and knowing where there gonna be.

10-4 on them being good at stopping the run.....we wore them down at the end with MB3.

We are a good pass rush away from being a damn good team. Until then, we are just good. The oline will get better as the year goes.

I think some of trouble with the pass rush was Greens experience. Even though he made some bad throw he was getting rid of the ball. to bad for him they were completed to our db's.

Exactly.....that's why you can't judge the rush by sacks. Just hurry the sucker to throw off his timing.

As we saw today keep the QB uncomfortable in the pocket you are going to get turnovers.

Getting Newman back will help our coverage immensely. Plus We can move Roy closer to the line as originally planned.

Last week it was our middle that did better and our tackles that kind of sagged a little. This week our middle was not as good but our tackles seemed to step up, especially pass blocking. But I also think that once the Fins D line saw that the refs were blind, they were holding like a spinster on a stud!!

So are you saying I'm not the only one that saw the fins holding?....and of course they were not called.

I saw the Rat get tackled at least twice. Gurode also was just about undressed a couple of times as well.
