I think his potential is good, but I think he needs more development to put all the tools together.

Absolutely no way to justify Paye at 10. Passing on Sewell, Slater, Surtain or Horn to take a guy with almost zero production in college? And if all 4 of those guys are gone, it means a QB fell. Which means a trade back.
