When is the last time any of our corners have pulled down a interception?

Newman is not the kind of guy to get INT's since they do not throw too much at him. Williams has 5 this year. Davis- eh. Glenn does ok. Henry- maybe that one is deserved but to say its endemic; unfortunately you have fallen into the trap that says only INT's are the mark of success with DB's.

I thought the CBs played well. Newman had a good game. Roy was brutal on that TD to the TE after the challenge...

By the way.....hey Bill, why don't you know what the hell is going on next time and just call a TIME OUT to give the guys upstairs a chance to see the play. Could he not have done that? Is there a rule against that because that seems like the logical thing to do IMO.

Roy didn't have a good game at all but everyone knows he can't really cover that well. Everyone except Zimmer.......A Coaches job is to give his players the best chance to succeed. Someone should tell Zimmer that having Roy in coverage every down doesn't do that. Roy needs to be up at the line where he can make the offense account for him before the play even starts.

i think 3 games ago...could be wrong though

Roy hasn't had a good game in about a month. I see Brian Dawkins willing the situation in philly right now by taking over games. Roy and Davis take the worst angles of any safety tandem I can ever recall.

Our CBs are fine its the Safeties and Dline that are killing the team in passing situatins.

You guys are great. Able to pinpoint this shelacking on one single group of players. Amazing!

Our corners were being beat by no name receivers. The Saints best receiver and vocal leader didn't even play (Horn). When a QB throws for more than 400 yards with no INTs. You have to question what the DBs are doing.

Corners are fine. The problem are BOTH safety positions. Roy Williams has been my favorite Cowboy since Emmitt retired but I have to throw him under the bus. He is very, very, very, average right now. I wonder about his confidence. I'm not sure if we can fix his propensity to take such bad angles and making plays in space.

Roy needs to lose weight. He needs to get down to at least 220 lbs. What is he right now, somthing like 235?
