Detroit Lions
Overrated: DT Ndamukong Suh. He has all the tools, but he spent last season getting blocked a ton. There is still too much talent for him to stay down.
Underrated: ILB Stephen Tulloch. He was a nice addition last season on a defense that needed a play-making linebacker.

I agree with Smith being under-rated, but I think most people know by now that Ratliff isn't quite the player he was a few years ago. So, over-rated? Eh...I don't see how. Maybe he means when it comes to Pro Bowl voting in which case I'd have to say probably so...

This is similar to people saying that Tony Romo is over-rated still. He is bashed by people all the time, yet he is over-rated? Makes no sense.
