• 5th among rookies in receiving yds (793)
• 2nd among rookie receivers with 8 TDs
• An underrated part of his game is being used on jet sweeps or running out of the backfield:
• 3rd in the NFL for rushing yards by a wide receiver (11 att, 119 yds, 2 TDs)

If anyone could break the game open for Green Bay, it could be Reed, who has the second most targets on the team (90) for a rookie—he has a great rapport with Jordan Love, too.

Wicks has also foundthe EZ a lot lately. Their offense has a lot of talent. It's young talent, but it's still talent. We are going to need 24 to 28 points out of our offense to win this game. Jones had 31 100 yd rushing games to end the season. Their wide receivers have all gotten better and better as the season went on. Need to jump out to an early lead to shake their confidence.

That is going to be a challenging group. Love did not have those good stats for nothing. They came from this group.

Packers were 9th in offensive efficiency for a reason. And now Aaron Jones looks like he's 100%. I'm expecting a shootout.

I haven't watched Reed as a pro, but was really impressed with him during the scouting stage leading up to the Draft.

Kinda like Hunter Renfro....not the traditional big bodied tall fast receiver, but more like a jitterbug slot guy that can change direction effortlessly and just be a real pain to cover in space.... and just catches everything.

Well it's a good thing we have bland and Gilmore and right now I think Lewis is playing the best he's played all year and too bad Trayvon diggs is gone but our pass rush along with our back end it's pretty good they'd be smarter to run the football 40 times then the throw a lot but hey I hope they try and throw a lot that's kinda right in our wheelhouse in my opinion.... We all know the Cowboys first and foremost must stop Jones and then they worked their way into worrying about the past game when if it happens..

I'd imagine in this long 17 game season over 18 weeks the Cowboys have covered quite a few really talented wide receivers.... Heck we've had some games where they've had two or three really talented wide receivers we didn't give up a whole bunch of points to Miami and they had a loaded core of wide receivers and running backs that could catch the football and yes we lost that game but we did take the lead with four minutes left and it wasn't a high scoring game as people thought it would be and it wasn't at home it was on the road...
Just wanted to lay down some perspective here I get it I think Green Bay at 7-2 down the stretch is a very dangerous team that needs to be respected but if the Cowboys don't hand them the game, we should win by 10...

The great thing is Cowboys back seven is lights out, especially on the rooks.
Reed will be a non factor.

This fact is major. Dallas handles the job of covereage and the Cowboys put pressure on the opposing offense.

Stats are relevant, but also is the fact that their receivers of that group are all first or second year players and need much more intense playoff experiences.

Bobby Belt on 105.3 The Fan called this WR group below average and not much to worry about a couple days ago…he obviously missed the @ Detroit and @ Minnesota games where they made both teams look silly…they are especially dangerous inside on a fast track…couldn’t believe he made that statement.

WR Jayden Reed (Second Round)

The wide receiver out of Michigan State has been the star receiver for Green Bay this year. It’s true the production numbers aren’t huge, but given what’s around him and the injuries to the receiving corps around him, he’s done better than expected. He’s played across the field and taken snaps from behind the line (he’s scored two rushing touchdowns this year). But he’s also done work on special teams as a returner. It’s very typical of what he did for the Spartans. He’s more of a deep contested catch type receiver as apposed to one you’ll see work an intricate or varied route tree. Fast and scrappy is the best way to describe him.
