I agree 1000%......he may not be top 5, fine, but he's def in conversation for the top 10.
Last season he had 71 catches, 761 yards, 10.7 yards per catch, and 5 TDs.......nothing to sneeze at, darn good numbers

If I had to guess, they used a formula weighed heavily by the player's current contract when they set the ratings.

Stats-based ratings would yield much different results, so the only other variable I can think of is contract amount.

It is EA. They go by stats, fantasy points and popularity in real life and in the Madden community when they play MUT.

Rankings are not that important now as they use to be now that EA adjusts the roster rating every single week.
