This tells me he has people in his ears regarding leadership.......but at the end of the day, he's alpha and cocky. I'm not sure how many fans know this but the personality and behaviors we see now were also there in college. This isn't some new card(s) he's pulling out, he's always been this way. The difference now is the size of his platform is 100x larger so EVERYTHING is magnified.
