Armstrong is underrated.......
Exactly......Props to him for taking advantage.

We will get a nice comp pick for him.Good for him. He will be asking for a truck load of money. Trade him.
You think it’s a comp pick. Or is that all we get cause he is under rookie deal. Never mind I forgot we got him till end of this year on a 2 year 12 million dollar deal. We can trade him now. Lol.We will get a nice comp pick for him.

POST OF YOUR CAREER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We get so happy about sacks against the small fish, but don't get quiet when it's a big game and never mind!!It would be great to see those same numbers when we play the 49'ers.
I would hate to lose Dorance Armstrong, especially since he's finally coming into his own prime year. I would rather give up on other not-so-productive veterans than lose Dorance Armstrong now that he's seriously contributing and playing at his peak.Asim Richards was drafted with the 169th overall pick that Dallas received as a result of Gregory signing with Denver (I believe). If that departure also resulted in Armstrong returning to Dallas, then it's a clear win for the front office. Gregory has played in 7 games with Denver, starting 4. He has 13 tackles, 2 sacks, 2 TFL and 7 QB hits over that time. In comparison, Armstrong has 18 games, 5 starts, 36 tackles, 10.5 sacks, 13 TFL, 18 QB hits, 1 FF and 1 FR. Armstrong had a cap number of about $3.6M and $7.2M ($1.5M in a voided 3rd year in 2024). Gregory had $5.6M, $16.1M cap hits, and will probably be a June 1 release next offseason leaving Denver with $2.1M and $14M dead cap hits for 2024/2025. Assuming Armstrong signs a free agent deal next spring with another team, Dallas will probably end up with a 5th or 4th rounder the following draft.
I think that's a fair guess accounting of the whole situation.

I suspect the Jets offense will be dissecting every Dallas defensive play against the Giants in hopes of slowing the pass rush.Enter the Jets offensive line, who are responsible for Rodgers lasting only four plays as a member of the team before leaving with injury.
The Bills defensive line, which isn't nearly as dominant or talented as Dallas, registered three sacks and eight quarterback hits.
Micah Parsons and the rest of the defensive line have to be salivating at the chance to rush Zach Wilson.
The Cowboys will not only match their sack total from Week 1, but they will exceed it by registering 10 sacks on Sunday afternoon.

Yes. Armstrong will be a 26 year old FA very likely coming off of 2 consecutive seasons with at least 8 sacks. He‘ll also be pitched as a core ST player wherever he signs. He‘ll receive a nice mid-tier deal in free agency. We will get a nice comp pick for him.
