Per Spotrac........his value is $6.4M, up a bit from $4 made this past season.

Count me in ........he still playing at a high level and bring some much-added leadership to the locker room. Love that he called out Kyle Murray for being selfish.
Yes, I would still draft one with 1 of the first 3 picks.

I would be up for that. I would rather see them move Bland outside and be our outside guy the next 3 years. Finding slot corners is easier.

Yeah... not thinking that would be a good move. Unless he was super cheap.

I watched him a few times this past season. He was still pretty descent in those games, but... he will be 33 when this season starts.
I don't know many CB really balling out at 33.

Meh, I don't know. Maybe as some depth. I'm not familiar how his game been. Last I heard he was just avg starting quality with some injuries. I'll rather keep the guys we have then add to the DL.

Definitely worth the risk in the 4M to 6M range.

They still need to draft a CB.

I think Peterson is a decent get at $4M-$6M, but does that keep you from re-signing Dono or Fowler n Hankins? If PP cost other proven guys in DQ's system I'd rather pass n draft.

No! Remember their outside free agent priority signings ( low-moderate level) are replacing starters to give them a bit more flex in the draft. Since we are probably losing CBs Brown, Lewis and maybe McGovern, I think they will target a vet CB and vet flex T/G in case Steele isn't ready.

If they cut Lewis and Peterson accepts that money, cool...and I'm a Lewis fan.

I mentioned awhile ago, Diggs has been recruiting him to come to Dallas

I didn't know that........great! If we can get him $4-6M, it's a home run. Love his leadership...like Parsons, he'll challenge his teammates.

I'd rather go younger.

I don't buy the leadership thing either. What did the Cardinals do in the playoffs that the Cowboys haven't? The Cowboys won 24 regular season games the last two years without his leadership.
