I don't care if it's the Jets. A 50 burger is a 50 burger and everyone up until last week kept saying Mac Jones and the Patriots couldn't score..

I think the fact is that Jones and the Patriots offense were just getting into their groove last week and will indeed be a good offensive team this year... Credit to our Cowboys for holding them under 30 in an OT win last week.

I really don't think it works that way. Each week is a different week with different variable. How the Patriots played against the Jets has no bearing on how the Cowboys played the Patriots. Every team has up and down weeks. I actually think the Cowboys had a down week against the Patriots. If it worked that way, bookies would go broke and betters would all be rich.

Robert Saleh was the “defense” guy in SF . 54 points in an NFL game where everyone is paid over the table not under it is pretty embarrassing. That along with LaFleurs bro getting no traction on the offensive side of the ball.

Anyhow Mike White will get his turn now the former Cowboy what 5th rounder . No sense risking Wilson your # 1 pick on a banged up knee . Let him watch for a few weeks it might help him.

Look at the rest of the games of this season and you see this is an outlier. Much more likely a fluke then proving the Pats O is really something to worry about. And once again its the Jets; a team that can suck basketballs through garden hoses four out of five times and then the fifth they beat the Titans. So THIS game means NOTHING.

They beat the Titans who beat the Bills, Chiefs and Seahawks on the road when they had Russell Wilson and were down 3 scores in the 4th quarter in Seattle and came back and won in OT.

Mechi Becton might be a tackle who can keep Wilson upright if he wasn’t hurt .

He played bad last year and had a horrible camp and was playing poorly this season before getting hurt. He was criticized by the coach and told he needs to step up his play. Player is a bust so far.

First rounder . I thought the reports from last year weren’t that bad. Then he gets hurt. Too early to give up on player drafted that high. Jamal Adams was a fiasco a safety who can anchor your defense he gets traded. Not a bad pick though .

Jamal Adams is busting in Seattle. Not worth the trade and not worth the money. He can’t cover.

He didn’t do too badly in NY. It’s what I disagree with on these posts here who want Jerry to start surrendering high draft picks for that magical corner or safety or whatever.

Seattle prime example. And what’s Carolina thinking trading all these draft picks for the likes of CJ Henderson Sam Darnold etc . Matt Rhule and that front office trying to skip the build a team part by trading for all these players who weren’t all that good for teams that drafted them .

Wilson out 2-4 weeks sprained knee will now watch former Cowboy 5th round pick Mike White see if the rubble can be salvaged at all this season. In a way having Wilson watch may do him some good in the long run. With a knee sprain I would suspect his vantage point would be the coaches box not standing on sidelines. Give him a good view of plays developing.

I liked White the preseason he was here but Dallas seems infatuated for some reason with Rush. Dallas needs to spend at least an exploratory pick on a project back up to # 4 like a 5th 6th or 7 next year bring someone fresh into the mix .

The Jets D hasn't looked all that bad this year until today.
the lack of Jets defense isnt exactly shown in the 54.... the atrocious Jets offense gives the opponent awesome opportunities to score massive points.

It is a RARE thing in the NFL for a rookie Qb fresh out of college to be good. Anyone expecting the Patriots to be consistently good on offense this year doesn't have much sense of history. Even Payton Manning thew 27 INTs as a rookie.
