Did Julius get another penalty for hitting below the knee when the opposing player was already engaged?

Yep!!!! He did but it was questionable just like the other one was...

Yes but the guy at fault was the Kosier he engaged after JJ started his chop block and JJ couldn't see what was going on behind him.

Last week they got Barber for the chop block, not JJ.

It's a shame because this was Julius' first penalty all year. Last week was also Barber's first penalty of the year.

It was a bull**** penalty because JJ actually engaged first. The rule is you can't block low if the defender is already engaged by another blocker. He wasn't engaged by another blocker when JJ hit him. Bad call.

Are we like the Broncos teaching to chop block? Seems like every week we are getting 1.

And everyone has been very questionable. The refs have no idea what they're supposed to look for, at least it seems that way.

I agree a bit. Todays I would say was very close. Last week's was definitely a chop block and didnt TO or TG get 1 earlier this year?

I'm sorry.....I looked at that penalty at least 10 times on the tivo. No way in he*& was that a chop block. JJ blocked the rusher low. The rusher was NOT engaged when JJ blocked him. As the rusher was falling down from the block, Kosier touched the rushers arms. It was not a chop block.

Just our luck the way the flags have been thrown I guess. Hopefully we get a clean game against the Colts.
