I have read a lot of analysts' talk about their pick for MVP at the halfway point and their honorable mentions. I have always thought that the MVP meant a player most valuable to their team, not 'HSP' -- highest stat player. That being said, my vote is for Drew Bledsoe. Except for a few fourth-quarter breakdowns, he would be leading a team that could easily be 7-1. Now that is an MVP."

I was pretty shocked that the Eagles completely neutralized Tomlinson when they played the Chargers.

I'd bet money they couldn't do it on a consistent basis. Sometimes a player is just off.
