Within two years, my guess is that he will be in some mixed martial arts cage pounding someone silly and getting pounded silly and later suicidal in his 30's.
Was it worth it for him to stand on top of the hill for a couple of years? Only he can answer that.
Very simple: if you use the steroids you will pay the piper.

See, I never would have expected that..doesn't look at all like hes on roids to me.

IMO, the NFL handles the PED situation about as good as any sport out there. MLB damn near condoned it for years and they are just now getting around to taking it seriously.
PEDs have no room in football. I know they are there and don't really care for it at all.

Looks like the NFL doesn't even release the failed test while the appeal is ongoing.
If a guy gets a false test and they bench him for a month only to find out that he was clean later on, it wouldn't look very good.
Maybe slow but at least it's getting done I suppose.
joseephuss;3397414 said:I wonder why the appeals process took so long. In this day and age of near instant communication appeals should not take too long in the sports world. How hard is it to sit down with all the parties involved and figure it out?
It also would not look good for a player to participate in the playoffs of a Superbowl if they had failed a suspension and they were just sorting through an appeal before handing out the suspension.
