Peter King was right about Romo

that is true, King said Romo would play and he also said we would go to the Super Bowl........

He's certainly vindicated...

They made a good poin on BaD radio... Peter King covered his bases..

He predicted us to win a Super Bowl, then the next week he predicted enough of a meltdown where Romo would be starting. Forgive me if I don't give him any props.

Well, we can't blame the Cowboy fans whom have followed Peter Kings blurbs about the Cowboys for having some doubt.

This is the same Peter King that gushed all over Chad Hutchinson during the 2003 training camp.

I thought Peter King knew something all along, and I'm not a huge fan of his. He just seemed to know more than a lot of people gave him credit for.

"Every dog has its day."

"Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn sometimes."

Anymore that people can think of?

And King reported it after visiting our training camp and having a 45-minute discussion with Parcells. I think everyone knew that this wasn't some orginal pipedream King had... He got it from Bill himself.

Forget Peter King, the guys and myself at work had called this move a year ago, Tony Romo has something that Bledsoe doesn't have and that's a timer in his head of when to get rid of the ball, sometimes you have to make tight throws in order to win games, good QB's have all done it.

A broken clock is right twice a day...

Let's see how Peter King has done on his predictions:
1. We win the SuperBowl
2. Enough of a meltdown that Romo starts
3. Romo would replace Bledsoe at halftime of the Giants game

So far he is 2 of 3. I say give him his props. :grin2:

And in his TC report one time said Kareem Larrimore was a future star. He forgot to add the part about it being in the Arena League. :D

Maybe he will be 3 for 3.

It's not impossible.

Remember the Steelers of last year......at one point in the season, people were putting the fork in them.
