According to him, he told his DC, if he could give a breather, he could get him a sack. The point is ALL players are tired by the 4th quarter......but only the great still go and get a play.

100%. When you go all out and are undersized, it takes its toll.

Coaches should take more defensive timeouts on final drives.

If the clock is stopped already, and its evident the pass rush is less and less effective after a few first downs from the opponent, let them reset.

There are a few more conditions than that, but it just makes sense in this day and age

People put too much stock in numbers sometimes but Micah impacts the offense every time he’s out there. To the point where he is getting doubled or the opposing qb is having to get the ball out in 2 seconds.

There were several times last game minshew got the ball out in 2 seconds and Micah was still in his face.

The play before the last play of the game Micah forced a rollout and throw away.

The time outs didn’t matter to the results so use them to get the D a rest
