NOT my rankings, btw. lol

It's the most recent Power Ranking leading up to the 2022 season with short accompanying write-ups on each team. It came out on the 15th, which was before Watson's ruling....drop Browns, imo

I'd drop the Browns some
Lots of love for the Chargers and Broncos.....two teams I'm looking forward to seeing this year.
Rumbling from 49ers camp are saying Lance could very well be the real deal. But man, that's a lot of love
Looks like they have the Cowboys as similar to last year, maybe slightly lower.

In the end, as everyone knows, preseason rankings are just for show. Just entertainment

I care, bro.

Strange to see Seattle dead last.
Also strange to see the Bengals in the top 10.

They have had some Niner beat writers on local radio and Lance had a really rough start to camp.. Must have turned it aroud

I might tune in to watch some of their preseason game this evening.

Noticed that they let him play a couple of series in their first game
2 drives, 2 scores. Then done.
4-5, 94 yards, 1 TD, 0 int

Im guessing in the real games they will not be asking more than maybe double from him to win games....barring injuries they just need him to be better at not turning the ball over than Jimmy G was and they will be in business.

Browns and Ravens are not better than the Cowboys.

Im guessing thats some kind of average pff grade for the "Starters" as in anything with PFF it wieghs heavily on individuals...and those 2 have some very high pff individuals I would think. Browns rank was before Watson suspension so that would make a diference.

How in the hell are the browns ahead of us?

I think this happens when your team ***** the bed. Everyone's mind is stuck on, "What have you done for us lately?"

As a pundit, if you take a look at the Cowboys over the past 15 years you have to take a serious wait and see attitude to them.

The last thing as a talking head you don't want to be known as that person who constantly rides the promise of the Cowboys year after year. That's Michael Irvin's job.

But the Browns have not won anything since the Cowboys have existed. And they lost their QB for almost the entire season.

Listen ...... I hate the Jones's as much as anyone ....... but we would need another 30 years of mediocrity to be the frickin Browns

Bucs too high, as is Denver, and LAC. Bengals should be higher.
Browns and Ravens should be below Cowboys.
Even though SF QB in Lance is unknown, I can see why they would be right above us.

No big deal overall though.

Browns are stacked, but without QB certainty, that's silly.

Each sport site is different w/rankings. NBC has Dallas 16th & Egals 9th.

16. Dallas Cowboys: The Cowboys led the NFL in penalties last season. So naturally, head coach Mike McCarthy made discipline an emphasis in camp. The result? The Cowboys had 17 accepted penalties in their first preseason game. Jerry won’t like that.

Sporting News has Dallas at 8th.

Bleacher Report has them at 9th too. https://www.___GET_REAL_URL___/s/syndication.bleacherreport.com/amp/10044764-2022-nfl-power-rankings-where-does-every-team-rank-entering-preseason.amp.html

I dug a little deeper. You're right about there being some reports of inaccuracy issues.
Man, he went the whole practice and only hit 50% of his passes.....in practice? yikes
