I doubt Miami will jettison Mike McDaniel. In my opinion, he would be the type of young, qualified, innovative coaching mind that could help offset an old decrepit mentality like Jerry Jones.

Could Jones allow someone like McDaniel freely work for him? And why do I keep asking myself these rhetorically unrealistic questions?

Yep...Dallas, Jags, Browns, Bengals, Giants, Bears and there's always a surprise or one we didn't see coming ( Bills or Bucs )

Miami has dealt with many injuries this season. I also doubt he is let go.
