McMICHAEL AGREES WITH RAMS

A league source tells us that tight end Randy McMichael has agreed to terms with the Rams. Under the three-year, $11 million deal, McMichael will receive a $3 million signing bonus, and salaries of $1.5 million in 2007, $2.9 million in 2008, and $3.6 million in 2009.

Given that McMichael was due to earn $4 million from the Dolphins this year, the release resulted in $500,000 in extra money for the veteran tight end.

Mental note: Pick up McMichael early in fantasy this year.

kind of makes the decision to release him wierd since he only settled for 500,000 more than what he was supposed to make this year for the 'phins

I was hoping he'd sign with the jets or the bills, so he could get back at miami.

Maybe they didn't like his character. We know the Rams don't care about character since they have Leornard Little on their team.

Man now we got to face him, holt, and Bulger. Shootout anyone>
Don't forget Steven Jackson (who we passed over), Drew Bennett and Isaac Bruce. That might be the best group of skill players on offense in the NFL.
