photoshop help?

a friend of mine(he's a steeler fan) had this sig at another forum and said i should change it to cowboys colors to really piss off this pats fan on the same board. so my question is does anybody know how? here's the sig

I wasn't able to duplicate the sig you had posted before, but I was able to come up with this last night.
