Should he be practicing his throwing motion also?

That picture really doesn't say much. If he is throwing off his back foot then it's understandable that his motion is different. Or he could be throwing around someone, etc. Or he could be scared for his life with Tyson Walter and a rookie on the right side.

I have seen him throw like that alot,it's like I say they put too much emphasis on prper throwing motions when they have been likely doing it since Pop Warner
