My Grandpa was a real Cowboy. He was rancher and a Forrest Ranger. He actually built a log cabin and my Mom grew up in and all her friends growing up were Sioux Indians. We have a picture of him on horseback and he looks like Tom Mix.LOL!!!

I know people must of came from some very interesting places, was hoping to see some of them and learn a little something. I guess this topic is personal and not appropriate for a message board for privacy issues etc, oh well. I'll post some links here and there, never know maybe one of you will see something you like and visit Croatia one day.

The Emerald Isle. I was the first of the two blood lines born in USA. Everyone ahead of me is from this majestic land.

I only knew one grandmother, and never cared for her, but to be in compliance with the topic: She was from Czechoslovakia, and her husband was from Yugoslavia.
My father's mother was from France, and his father was from Ireland.

My mothers side of the family came from Germany in 1709. My fathers side of the family came from Ireland right around 1790.

Maternal GGM England early 1900s. Partrnal GM line back to Mayflower. One line from before Olgethorpe settled Sea Island GA and raised Egyptian long leaf cotton. Don't know one line past colonial times and the other shortly before then.
