Planning a vacation after the WSOP

We are looking at either Belize or Costa Rica....we love the water and beach....I've never been to either one. Has anyone here been that could shed some light on which may be the best choice? It would be for about 2 weeks.

I have been to both. It depends on how young the kids are and if you scuba dive. I dive and Belize is my favorite place for that.

Costa Rica offers a wide variety of things to do not only on the beach but in the mountains too. Zip-lining, caves, beautiful trails, etc. The diving is not that great though, the Carribean side tends to be murky because of the currents and the Pacific side is really cold.

Belize is just gorgeous, a lot more water activities available. If you do dive, you can not pass up the Blue Hole on Ambergris Caye.
