Do any players stand out to you, that we need to really focus on? How's their defense/offense, what are your biggest concerns????
He protects Dak's back.Mentioned this elsewhere. But I see absolutely zero point is playing Tyron Smith in this game. We don’t need him this week and he needs to be preserved. Why not sit him out?
We shall seeThey are in contention for the worst team in the league. Bottom 2-3 and possibly the worst.
So I don't have any concern about winning. By far my biggest concern is injuries.
Still have to see how we play I hope we don't get sucked in to anything badThe Cards have a ton of injuries and have lost some of their better players to FA.
OFFENSE
DEFENSE
- Kyler Murray is still recovering from last year’s knee injury and on the PUP list. Cards seem to have given up on him long term but he has that big contract so will be hard to trade.
- They currently start Josh Dobbs at QB. A veteran of 8 NFL teams and not very good.
- Their first round pick this year was Paris Johnson who starts at RT.
- They have Marquis “Hollywood” Brown from a trade with Balt, and that’s about it for skill position people.
Bottom line: This is not a good team. They had a 21 point lead at home vs the midgets last week and lost. They are banged up at several positions and have lost a lot of talent since Kingsbury was their coach.
- They used to have a really good D. Not anymore
- All Pro S Budda Baker is on IR.
- Former Cowboys castoff DL Carlos Watkins starts at DE.
- Their two Safeties are former eagles picked up on waivers.
Yeah well if you don’t give him some games off he’s going to end up missing more games by getting injuredHe protects Dak's back.
Get the marinade ready and sharpen the skewers. I smell another QB Barbeque coming on.The Cards have a ton of injuries and have lost some of their better players to FA.

I still approach coming games on their strengths, not sophistication of weapons. Know your enemy. 50,000 lined up against 2,000 much better armed can present problems.Nothing about them concerns me.
They did play Washington tough and lost in the last minute. Gave up a 21 point lead to the NYG.
But is that because they are better than we think, or are NYG & Washington not as good as we think, or the pundits anyway. They were just better than the Cards.
Anyway, we should control this game, and put them away. But as we know, things do not always go as planned.
It could be another big win as well. Then they will play a better team at home against NE.
Belicheck usually has a decent defense. So that could be a good test for the offense before going to SF. Just don't look ahead in either game.
I'm thinking about 23 points, but will still walk into the game checking for momentum changers.I DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE A BLOW OUT
