The team has wasted more than a few very good players careers on JJ's watch. He needs to swallow his pride and let someone else steer the ship or the circus will continue. I don't care what title you have to come up with but get him in here. If not him, someone, anyone with enough backbone to run this organization properly.

Lol, if Jimmy had any interest in coaching anywhere don’t you think would have been doing so? Jimmy not coming back anymore than Landry… wishing for either is just as silly!
