Bill has a 50-1 record when entering the 4th with a lead of 11 points or more
in his entire career.

The only loss........................Commanders came back from 13-0 to win 14-13

Are you a Commander fan because this is a really out of the blue statement to make.

With that knowledge, if the Cowboys are winning at the start of the 4th quarter against the Saints then I'll know it's not worth watching because the game is in the bag.

I don't care if Cowboys leading by 100 points when 4th quarter starts. I'll be watching each and every minute and relishing how well this team doing. And then I'll watch the rerun again over and over and over just to enjoy every precious moment of our win. Of course I'll be here constantly posting as well. Don't get me wrong. Think Saints are a good team and have been rooting for them because of Payton. I also think Cowboys must play their best game but we are at home where we are 4-1 (loss to Giants) and Saints ain't the Giants.

Yea and they lost that game after preaching about how parcells had never blown that lead in the fourth quarter for about 10 mins.

A more interesting stat is that Brandon Lloyd and Antwaan Randle El, the 2nd and 3rd portions of the unstoppable trio that was supposed to wreak havoc on the entire NFL this season, have combined for a whoping 494 yards and 2 TDs (all by Randle El). Meanwhile, our 3rd WR, Patrick Crayton, has 468 yards and 3 TDs.

Just some food for thought...

That just makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. :)

You could also do our second and third WR stats:

Wash: 494 and 2 TD's from 2nd and 3rd WR's.

Dall: 1143 and 9 TD's from 2nd and 3rd WR's.

I remember when ABC MNF put that statistic up on the TV that night... albeit at the time it was still an undefeated record... Just proves that anything can happen...

I always watch for those little indiscriminate statistics because lots of times something happens to adversly affect those stats quickly thereafter.

another intresting point...
out of the Commanders 3 super bowl wins 2 came from strike years... and are 3-2

the eagles are 0-3 in the super bowl

the giants are 2-1 in the super bowl

the cowboys are 5-3
