What a dirtbag this guy is. It's unreal that this story was missed by that many journalists for that long. Good work, everybody.
It's a perfect example of the double standard that goes on in the media.
Networks and journalists have their personal favorites. If Harrison were associated with the Cowboys this would be national news and ESPN would lead with it ahead of the NBA Finals, US Open, and World Cup.
Just like in 2008 when all that stuff came out about the shooting; there was no round the clock coverage with Ed Werder or Sal Pal camped out outside the Indianapolis team HQs like they did whenever T.O. or Pacman were involved in something.
Another double standard was their refusal to cover the 1st Roethlisberger sexual assault case. Claiming that they (ESPN) don't cover civil matters and that it was a private matter.
Knowing damn well they've covered similar cases in the past with vigor. But Pitt and Roethlisberger are network and media darlings so they try to protect them. Same with Harrison.
