His use is trending in the right direction. Hopefully Moore keeps it up.

I love Zeke, but the debate is over. Pollard is the better back.

The Cowboys are now a perfect 12-0 when Pollard has more than 10 carries in a game.
Splitting last night worked and both were fresh and productive. But something tells me more touches won't even be enough for some of you!

Talk about cherry picking a stat.. Pollard isn't getting more than 10 carries in a game unless a) he's lighting it up because if he isn't lighting it up his blocking is too much of a liability to leave him on the field and b) the Cowboys are winning.

I don't care who the better back is.. I just like that we are using them both and winning by doing it. I just hope these idiots don't talk themselves into doing what Wade and Garrett did in 2007.. swapping the starting backs heading into the playoff game after going 13-3 using them in defined roles. If the Cowboys win 13 games this year using the guys this way and then change it for the playoffs and lose I am probably going to jail cause I might drive to Frisco and kill somebody..

But in all honesty you have to be careful with Pollard's usage. Let's not forget he got hurt last year and missed two games despite only playing a third of the snaps. He's stronger and tougher than he looks, but he still aint built for the full time load IMHO.

Not bashing, but any Zeke touch take away from a potential homerun from Pollard. He doesnt do anything better at this point.
Zeke will wear them down and set up Pollard. It's a long season and as small as Pollard is, his play should be monitored. We don't need to wear him down.

But as we saw in Tampa Game Pollard is not a good blocker and believe or not that is critical to be able to come in and pick up blitzes. I like Pollard and think he brings a lot to the table and have no issues with him getting the ball but the position of RB entails a lot of different task and Pollard one weakness if blocking

He's a fine blocker. That aspect is overblown.

He had less negative block than Zeke that game.

He's bigger than Christian Mccaffrey

Yeah another guy who aint built to be an every down back.. as evidenced by the fact that he has missed more games than he has played over the last three years.. You sure you wanna use him as your comp?

I wish I could agree but no he is not a good blocker and there is nothing overblown about it. Again I love Pollard and his ability with the ball both running and receiving. Personally I think the way the backs are being should continue

No he's not.. that's why more and more he's out of the game unless he's getting the ball. Getting the QB knocked out was apparently the wake up call the coaching staff needs. They are NOT asking Pollard to block much anymore.. Nor should they.. I thought he was getting better at it but he seems to have regressed this year.. Maybe it was the whole no preseason thing that caused him to lose that desire to slam his head into oncoming 260 pound freight trains.
