According to this site-

"During the past 24 hours, La Palma volcano was shaken by 1 quake of magnitude 4.0, 126 quakes between 3.0 and 4.0, and 252 quakes between 2.0 and 3.0."

There's been reports of 500 meter fountains of lava. That's 1,600+ feet. Not sure how far away the camera is, but that’s gotta be several hundred feet right now.

That's insane. I don't know if I'd be too fascinated to leave.
My wife and I went to Costa Rica years ago when Arenal was erupting. It wasn’t an explosive eruption, just a constant ooze of lava with a periodic, low level earthquake. We stayed at a fantastic lodge about 3 miles away across the valley in a room with a private patio facing the volcano. It was absolutely beautiful at night. We stayed up most if the first night just taking it in.

I found my pics. Just trying to figure out how I can post them. Apparently, you can only post here from a public site.

I thought it would be cool to see it from your hotel view. I didn't mean to make you go through a lot of trouble.
