Russell, Coleman and Bishop all make it. Maybe Edwards. Gardner cut.
Swaim stays.
2 QBs.
Lucky stays.
Maybe Keith Smith over McCray as dedicated ST player.
If RB signed, they keep 4.

I would agree with all that except I'm not sure about Coleman. He has earned a spot with his play but he was pretty immature before so I could see them trading him for a conditional pick to keep McClain. It would be the best talent but it would fit Marinelli's defense. JMO.

Can't argue with any of that
I think smith gives you a bit more as a position player than McCray
A 4th RB would seem hard to fit on the 53 though but I think you are right in that they aren't cutting any of the 3 so it would need to be a pretty good talent to make it worth the cut of someone else at another position
I know some like ball but don't think he is what they would want myself
I would keep 11 DL so McClain makes it also.
If the defensive identity is the pass rush, then it should justify going long on DL.
