I realize everyone is looking forward to Booger getting drilled tomorrow with damning questions, but how is it gonna happen with Schottenheimer sitting right there with him and Chuckles??? I'm afraid that he's gonna slip the noose, because of the setting. I'm listening to Shan Sheriff right now on The Fan 105.3 and he seems to think that Jerry will get absolutely drilled tomorrow, which I don't see happening for the reason mentioned above. Am I missing something? Because I'm hoping he gets absolutely raked over the coals!!!

I am sure there will be some questions, as to why Brian, who else was being considered. Why weren't they others interviewed.
But Jerry will not get raked over theca's. That is another fan misperception, because they hate him so much, it consumes them.

Yes tough questions need to be asked, but what good would it do especially at this point.

I don't care about any of that. I want to know the thoughts behind, why he is the right guy. And I know it will be said, and we will all cringe. Dak friendly, familiarity. Keep what the built (if we can call it that) going.

But to assume he gets raked over the coals, not going to happen. I am sure there will be many entertaining threads and post on here. Most of them repeated from the past year.

Meaning tomorrow? Are we sure Booger is gonna entertain this afterward? I really doubt it....he's gonna be in hiding until the S storm calms down....same way he was a big wussy by announcing the HC news via a late Friday news dump....did he really think nobody would take notice of this. Tells you a little something about what they really think of the hire as well.

They announced it as soon as everything was set. Friday night had nothing to do with it.

Other than, maybe, they did not want to take away from the NFCCG & AFCCG games. And are waiting until Monday after the games.

Why do fans need to look at negatives in everything?

The word Tuesday and Wednesday was the announcement would be made Thursday or Friday.

To suggest that the announcement of the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys wasn't until Friday evening thinking nobody would take notice is ridiculous. There has been national media all over that story for days and days. Of course it is going to be major breaking news whenever it happened.

And after Jerry makes his announcement the few people who showed up simply got up and left without asking a single question. What better way to show Jerry he isn't as special or important as he thinks he is.

I'm of the same opinion - no need to poo poo all over Shoty's parade.
Unless Jerry is being so arrogant and "good ol' boy" bullcrap.
I wanna hear a plan, I wanna here that Shotty blew them away with new ideas/game plan.

Really? The last thirty (30) years has been NOTHING but negative...and there hasn't been ONE positive thing happen since our last regular season win LAST year!!!

Because the owner ABSOLUTELY LIVES to be in the spotlight. That is his primary purpose in life. To be on screen or on the radio. Doing this at 10 pm eastern standard time was nothing more than him trying to duck the outrage. And having his "football man" image gutted.
