The Pro Bowl is such a joke.

Lamar will probably be MVP, yet he's 7th in fan voting.
Not saying that ANY QB was incredible this year, but fan voting can get pretty silly at times.

There’s this weird thing in SF that happens in other sports: during the Warriors’ and the Giants’ heydays, the fans would ballot stuff to insane lengths which would then influence voting. Middling players like Andrew Wiggins and Melky Cabrera were voted all star starters solely because other team fans couldn’t keep up with it.

Jake Brendel being the highest voted center in the league is wild. Aaron Banks the best guard this year in the NFL is nonsensical. Chase Young over TJ Watt and Myles Garrett, all 4 SF dlineman leading the entire NFL shows a flaw in the system. Could be AI ballot stuffing as SF is the tech capital.

I bet they get most of California voting for them because LA Rams were gone for so long. Rams, Chargers, Raiders have all stiffed their fans, 49ers is the only constant. Hawaii, Las Vegas, and a lot of national fans from Joe Montana to Steve Young days who probably come out of their hiding spots when franchise is winning again.

No, I just don't think Hurts deserves the recognition, he can play in it as a reserve
