right now is the time to challenge QB2 and QB3, with about 30% of the playbook changing you at least will have common data points to compare against.

sorry but will isn't challenging anyone. Rush got a small guaranteed check for 2023 and has won 5 of 6 games started, passing for 300 yards in 1 of them. Unless injury there is no way Will takes over as #2

I think, especially if we draft a late round QB, that Grier is likely going to find himself needing a new team before the season starts.

I'm glad we brought him in, but if he couldn't cut it at the QB needy Panthers it shouldn't prevent us from bringing in more arms.

QB3 probably gets cut at the end of camp.

He will hit the practice squad if gets signed again.

Just another example of a highly sought after prospect (top 100) who turned out to be no better than an UDFA.

Maybe challenge rush
He had an opportunity to do that last season and failed. However, he did have an injury that set him back. We need to draft a QB that not only can challenge Rush, but might have an opportunity to develop into a good starter if Dak continues to regress and we have to move on from him at some point.

Of course the injury set him back. Some thought he would beat out Rush if he wasn't injured.

The injury set back, but he’s been around a while and didn’t look very good when he returned from the injury. Players have to make the most of their opportunities.

I would like to see a QB we draft become our backup in hopes that someday they can develop into a quality starter.
