Projected #1 Overall Pick Cam Ward Calls Out Cowboys' Defense

Not a huge deal but I found this pretty funny. We got undrafted Rookie QB's specifically calling out our porous Defense in pre-draft interviews now lol. Also odd that Ran Carthon is interviewing the likely #1 pick of the Titans when he was just fired by the Titans after the season.

I can’t imagine any upcoming rookie saying that about the eagles, chiefs, ravens defenses…and others. We don’t even get respect from rookies.

And remember…respect is earned…right now until proven otherwise on the field, the Cowboys haven’t earned much respect.

That’s why comments like this don’t bother me. First of all it’s the truth. Second of all, the only way to shut those kind of comments up is on the scoreboard…in the playoffs!!!

Maybe. But there are a few other teams playing the “Tampa 2” where the Safeties are practically a mile from the los he could have mentioned.

It has nothing to do with the so called disrespect of another team, but just being smart enough to know when to keep your trap shut when you're being interviewed and recorded because you haven't played a down in the NFL along the fact that you're in a very weak QB class coming up on the draft and you haven't even been drafted yet.
