PS2 File Transfer

Anyone know how I can transfer a file from my PC to my PS2? I downloaded some roster files but have no idea how I can get them to my PS2. Thanks!

I used to use a sharkport. It connects to the PC and the PS2. Not sure if they still sell it or something like it anymore.
