Northwestern QB Mike Kafka "astounded" scouts from 25 teams at his school's pro day workout Thursday.

It's a nice follow-up to a Combine performance that saw him among the QB leaders in the forty-yard dash (4.60, 4.62), vertical (39 inches), and broad jump (10 feet). Kafka reportedly missed just one throw during entire work out. It looks he won't need a metamorphosis after all, but he's still headed for the mid-to-late rounds.

If he went to Northwestern he is probably intelligent also.
